AHC Recruitment was born from a deep understanding of the UK's care sector.

Originally founded as an international recruitment company for social workers, market demand naturally shaped our evolution into live-in care recruitment.

This transition was supported by over 16 years of experience working across the UK's care industry - from local authorities and care homes to domicilary care companies. Throughout this journey, we witnessed firsthand both the critical need for skilled, compassionate care professionals and the gaps in quality that often leave families and carers unsupported.

We saw families struggling with the complexity of direct employment whilse craving personal, premium care.
